Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your ChessUp board in its original packaging, including all pieces, charging cables, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware for functionality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
